Q, Are the flowers pictured real, or artificical?
A, All the flowers pictured, are of artificial flowers, they just look incredibley real, they are made from silk, foam or latex, creating not only the real look, but also a real feel.
Q,I have some photos that i have collected, and i wandered if you could make them?
A, Yes, if you email, or post them to us (see contact us page) we can have a look, and then provide you with a qoute.
Q,When will my order arrive?
A, Your order will arrive 1 month before your wedding date, where possible, untill your wedding day, the flowers will need to be stored in a box (the one they come in will be fine) away from sunlight, heat, radiators. In a cool dry area, a spare bedroom, or cupboard would be fine.
Q, I'm getting married soon, can you help?
A, Where available we are able to make flowers in 48hours, you would need to email first to check that this is ok, and we are able to make them for you.
Q, I am unsure of who to buy for?
A, Dependent on your budget, you can buy for the wedding party, and the guests. Or you can just buy for the wedding party.
Q, I am unsure of what to buy and for who?
A, You need to buy your bouquet, your maid of honours bouquet, your bridesmaids and flower girls, obviously. But then you also need to buy a "grooms button hole" made to match your bouquet, and slightley fancier than the others. You will need to buy for your best man/men, it maybe an idea to get them either "grooms button holes" or just "double button holes"- This also applies to the Dads of the Bride and Groom. Page boys, Ushers and Ring Bearers, should have either "double button holes" or "single button holes." Mums of the Bride and Groom, would have "corsages" either made to match thier outfits, or made to match the wedding colours. These are also rather nice to have for any Grandmas, as thier generation would have provided all wedding guests with button holes and corsages. Now for the Family, any Men, would idealy have "double or single button holes" - depenedant on your budget. The ladies, would have a "double or single button hole" with a piece of gypsophelia, just to make them more feminine. If the budget it tight, it may be an idea to ask te guests if they would like button holes, and then ask if they would mind, if you ordered them and then they paid you for them, just so that everyone matches.
Q, Do you ship internationally?
A, Yes i am able to ship internationally although this would have to be charged for, i will however only charge you for the actuall price of the parcel being posted and no more.
Q, I am worried about my parcel and flowers getting damaged in the post!
A, All wedding flowers are packaged properly to avoid damage during transportion, but dont forget that the flowers are pretty robust. They are packaged tightley and with paper, to ensure they arrive un-harmed.
