1 - To place an order you must firstly contact us, this can be done by ringing us at our shop (01924-461114) or emailing us (georgina@mrsbouquets.com)
2 - During this first point of contact we will ask for information roughly, the wedding date, the type of bouquets or the names if you have seen the ones you want on the website, details of how many of each item you would need and the colours, the more information you will be able to give us, the more advice we can give you, and help you to decide on how to create matching items, and different button holes to make everyone co-ordiante.
REMEMBER - you dont need to have the names of items that you think match, if you give us the name of the brides bouquet you would like, we can make items to match and will explain how this will be done! (most people get in touch and say ........ "i like anjay"...... what can i have to match for my bridesmaids and button holes.......... for example)
3 - we will then be able to give you a qoute.

4 - If you are happy with all the information, the price and wish to place your order with us, just then email or ring us back to let us know for deffinate that you wish to place your wedding flower order with us.
4 - We will then take the full details from you, your full name, address, contact phone number, exact amounts of each item, the colours for each item, the wedding date, and payment details.
5 - We will give you the details about postage, and roughly when your balance will de due. We will take your deposit payment, and explain the delivery and order process to you. (your deposit payment secures your wedding date, and is non-refundable, this is due to the time we spend with you organising your flowers and the time we allocate to your order as we may not be able to find another couple to take your place in our diary)
6 - You will then just need to ring us to give us your final balance (due roughly 2 months before the wedding date)
7- we will then make and post your flowers, and let you know we have posted them. (due roughly 1 month before the wedding date)
8 - they will arrive with you!
note - you can always add to your order, you should try to keep a note of what you want to add, and keep this until you pay your final balance, this way you can let us know about any extras at the same time.
To give you an idea of the time scale we work to we have put this example together for you:
The wedding is august 29th 2011.
you will let us know about your order and place it with us as soon as possible.
we will take your deposit payment, to get you booked in.
we will tell you that your balance will be due at the end of june 2011.(roughly 2 months before the wedding date)
we will tell you that the flowers will be with you by the end of july 2011. (roughly 1 month before the wedding date)
you will then be contacted towards the end of june 2011, to remind/take payment for the balance of the flowers. (or you can ring us before this and pay when it suits you best, as long as its before the last day of the month we give you)
once you have made the final payment we will beging to make your wedding flowers, we may contact you if we have a question regarding your order, or to confirm anything.
once the flowers are made and boxed ready to go in the post, we will ring/email you to let you know what day they are going in the post, and they should arrive the day after, this way you know exactly when to expect them.
